One fabric, three Tessuti patterns. I fell VERY hard for this Newford Aubergine washed and yarn-dyed linen when it came in last month. Where’s a burgundy heart emoji when you need one? One pair of Tamiko Pants later and I went straight back for two more makes - first our Romy Top and then swiftly followed by the Tessuti Robe. Sewing the Alessi Bias dress from Tessuti patterns. The pattern is stated as advanced beginner but pretty easy to follow, it did direct to do a crimping stitch but I couldn’t get it to work so I gave up 🤷‍♀️. Also my first time using tearable interfacing. I did alter the original pattern slightly by adding ties at the side seams, I felt it gave a more flattering fit.
